Phoenix AA Meetings

What can I tell you but that one of the most important moments in my life was when my boss, the owner of the company walked into my office and said, "Maurice, I'll be back around 11:30 to get you for lunch and to take you with me to one of my Phoenix aa meetings." It literally changed my life that day and is still changing my life. I had always respected my boss but then on that special day I came to truly see that he vibrated on a higher frequency and held a higher state of sobriety that epitomized what is meant when you have to give it away to keep it. My colleague Robin encourages me to do the deal; read the big book, do the steps and get a sponsor and talk to him daily. And my sponsor has shared with me that if things get too difficult don't be afraid to attend a Phoenix alcoholism treatement program. So I must admit I was a little relunctant at first because for some reason I thought it was a lot to do but now looking back after conversations with my boss and Robin I've realized that that's little or nothing to do at all compared to saving my life.
