Meth Rehab Phoenix Arizona

There is a new meth rehab program in Phoenix Arizona, at the Crossroads Midtown facility at 3702 North 13th Avenue. The program was funded in part by a grant from St. Luke's Health Initiatives. As Director of Crossroads, I am very excited about the potential to help stem the plague of methamphetamine in the city of Phoenix. The program is set up a little differently than other existing Crossroads programs. It is based on the premis that people coming off methamphetamine use need at least 21 days of rest, meetings, groups, and good nutrition. After the initial 21 day period, the residents of this program are mainstreamed into the regular Crossroads program, where they are required to get a job and participate in a 12 step meeting daily. The initial results of this program are very encouraging. We believe this type of low cost programming, which is available to all different economic classes, is the start of the answer on how to approach this difficult problem.

"Therefore nothing can matter more to the future welfare of AA than the manner in which we use this colossus of communication. Used unselfishly and well, the results can surpass present imagination."
