Arizona alcoholism recovery

I just listened to my sponsor share at a Crossroads meeting. He was celebrating 27 years of sobriety today! You might think his message about Arizona alcoholism recovery would be complicated, involve lots of Psychiatry, medications, whatever. But his message was one of simple action-go to lots of meetings, work with a sponsor, help others, and lead a good life. Many newcomers at the meeting just shook their head because they had a hard time believing recovery could be so simple. Isn't it just our nature to want the answer to be so complicated? I am grateful today that I understand the nature of my problem, and more importantly I have a clear idea of the solution.
